Ton is a proud Horstenaar through and through and the visionary within mrng. With years of experience in business, he dares to think big, works hard, and always combines craftsmanship with direction. Alongside mrng, he is committed to various social projects, and he rarely turns down a good time with a beer.
Ton Hagens
With his many years of experience in business and his natural way of connecting with people, Hiljon is a true people person, and that is exactly what makes him a professional at mrng with an eye for both people and movement. He makes no secret of his love for Groenlo, and he likes to spend his free time with his family and friends!
Hiljon te Boome
Straight from the Achterhoek and seemingly a walking Odoo encyclopedia, Jurriën is a hard worker who has a knack for making complex challenges surprisingly logical. Wondering whether something is possible in Odoo? He’s always happy to take on the challenge. In between, he dives into AI or keeps working on renovating his home.
Jurriën Neerhof
The only woman at mrng, but Famke doesn’t let that faze her: sporty, creative, and as Head of Marketing, the one who gets ideas moving and brings them to life. She’s known for her mission to get everyone outside for a brisk lunch walk. A big fan of sunshine and a good glass of wine.
Famke Lommen
Our adventurer, who has already ticked off a large part of the world map. Always up for an active walk, a run, or a bike ride—as long as it’s outdoors. Also not one to turn down a beer on a terrace. A committed, experienced, and structured consultant who is always ready to help colleagues and clients move forward.
Roel van Kimmenade
Ramon loves automating anything and everything, from processes to his own home. A rock-solid consultant and proud dad of two sons, he is always looking for the smartest way to make systems work for him. In between, you’ll often find him on the tennis court, experimenting with 3D printing, and getting excited about gadgets.

Davy brings years of consultancy experience, the warm hospitality of Venlo, and a contagious laugh you’ll recognize instantly. Down-to-earth, he enjoys a good beer with friends and is a proud dad. A true professional who creates value with calm, honesty, and experience.

Cliff is our bon vivant from the South, with solid craftsmanship and clients who can count on him. He’s a consultant who works incredibly hard and always puts quality first. He’s at the gym by half past five, but he also doesn’t mind a good, hearty piece of meat on the barbecue.
