A fresh perspective
As Orderchief grew, the number of tools grew too. Support had its own system, projects had their own structure, and sales worked in yet another way. That led to noise, duplicate administration, and lost time.
Together, we took a step back: does this still make sense? Where is value being created—and where is friction getting in the way?
By zooming out, clarity emerged. The core became clear: back to simplicity, overview, and one way of working that fits a professional services organization.
From insight to a new way of working
We didn’t start with technology, but with the day-to-day work. How does a customer request flow? When is something truly finished? Where is time or value being lost? We constantly looked for ways to make processes simpler and more efficient, with one goal: more control and more value.
Only once that was crystal clear did we translate the process into Odoo. The technology followed the logic of the work—not the other way around.
We chose to:

Together with Orderchief, we worked through an intensive phase toward a working foundation. With sharp priorities, daily check-ins, and clear ownership, we quickly created the basis for the new platform: solid, future-proof, and ready to keep growing.

All communication with customers. Centrally organized so nothing gets lost in inboxes or other communication systems anymore. • A new, automated process: from quotation to digitally signed order in the customer portal.
Full automation: a signed assignment immediately leads to a project with the right work and monitoring structure.
A renewed financial setup for a clear overview and maximum control.
Working more efficiently, for example through automatically invoiced subscriptions.
No custom development was needed – but a smart setup and a few pieces of low-code to bring everything together. By staying close to the standard, the system remains easy to manage.
Orderchief handled a large part of the setup and data migration themselves, with our guidance. This helped them get to know the system from the inside out – the best foundation for true digital independence.
