The value we realized for CAD2M is truly wonderful. Four separate systems have made way for one single, integrated business platform where processes naturally come together and administrative tasks are fully supported.

CAD2M had their foundations perfectly in order, but the surrounding software landscape had grown outdated and increasingly complex: they were juggling different software solutions for finance, sales, projects, subscriptions and orders, marketing, and project management.
It worked, but as they grew, it became harder and harder to manage. With growth, such a chain becomes prone to mistakes: a missed step (like a subscription renewal) might only surface much later, causing friction, delays, and extra work to fix things.
Together, we took a step back to look at the bigger picture: where was the real friction, and where could we create the most value by bringing everything into a beautiful, seamless flow?
We didn't start with 'which tool replaces which tool', but with the actual work itself:
How does the process flow from lead to invoice?
What are the key moments you want to safeguard?
How do you check the quality, completeness, and result of your work?
Which steps can be automated, so you don't have to rely on memory and manual work?
A crucial process turned out to be subscription renewals, for example. Every month, CAD2M renews hundreds of subscriptions with tight deadlines for both suppliers and customers. This requires timely communication, follow-up, and checks—otherwise, there's a risk of a customer's service pausing, putting both the customer and CAD2M at risk.
Only when that process was crystal clear did we translate it into Odoo. The technology follows the logic of your work, not the other way around.
We chose:
